An effective medium for directly addressing citizens' difficulties and grievances is the Janata Darbar.

Since the beginning of his tenure in 1995, Shri Ganesh Naik has consistently organized Janata Darbar sessions, bringing together officials and the public for direct communication. As a result, "Janata Darbar" has become synonymous with Shri Ganesh Naik.

With the vision of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who prioritizes the welfare of the common man, and in alignment with Honorable Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis' emphasis on transparent and efficient governance, the Janata Darbar initiative has been established as a people-centric program that instills confidence in citizens regarding the resolution of their concerns.

While government functions take place at the ministry level, Janata Darbar serves as a platform at the district, Sub-district, and city levels, where officials meet citizens face-to-face, understand their problems, and provide immediate solutions on the spot.
